When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Shop Information: Your store domain, email address, language, and basic settings to provide core app functionality.
• Order & Product Data: We access order details, inventory levels, and product information to calculate your profit margins, forecast inventory, and generate analytics.
• Customer Information: We may access basic customer data strictly for the purpose of helping you analyze profitability per customer segment.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect in order to provide and operate the App. Specifically, we use this information to:

• Calculate your exact profit margins including custom expenses.
• Provide AI-driven product and inventory recommendations.
• Communicate with you regarding App updates, billing, or support requests.
• Improve and optimize our App's performance and user experience.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your customers' information to third parties. We only share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We may share data with secure, trusted third-party services (like our hosting providers) strictly for the operation of the App.

4. Data Retention

When you place an order through your store, or when we process your data for analytics, we maintain this information as long as you have the App installed. If you uninstall the App, we will securely delete your data within 48 hours upon receiving the mandatory Webhook request from Shopify, or upon your direct request.

We take data security seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
